Gary Smith – Key Individual & Representative:

Having spent 29 years in the financial services industry, He knows working as an advisor has the potential to make a difference in people’s lives.
Gary discovered what was a disappointing and yet common theme. More often than not, people did not understand the financial products they had, or why they had them. Nor did they understand the magnitude of the decisions they were facing as they entered retirement. Gary’s mission is to continue to provide clarity to those he serves so they can continue their journey with confidence knowing what they have and more importantly why they have it.
Martjie Smith - Representative:

Martjie is our Client Care & Office Coordinator here at Gary Smith Financial Service cc. She is also an authorised Representative in all sections of our business. Her duties include managing the day to day of the office, supporting the advisors, and cultivating the client relationship. She joined Gary in 1995 when he was with Old Mutual Agencies and jointly started up Gary Smith Financial Services cc in Nov 1998
Anchin Van Zyl - Representative & Intermediary Services:
Anchin is our friendly and helpful life insurance assistant and future representative. She does competitive quotes at Old Mutual, Hollard, Momentum, Sanlam, Liberty, Discovery and Brightrock. She further assist with daily as well as Vitality inquiries. She finished her 4 year B Comm Financial Planning degree with distinction and first in the country. We are super proud to have Anchin in our team. She is qualifying as Representative with the RE5 exams now early in 2021 and also as potential Key Individual with the RE1 qualification. Lastly, Anchin is doing her CFP ® through UFS and will be fully qualified to find any direction of the Financial Industry
Gerty Vorstman - Admin Assistant & Intermediary Services:
Gerty has been in the Financial Industry in an administrative supportive role since 2000. She joined our business in 2016 as admin assistant to Gary and Intermediary Services to the Masthead Staff Group Scheme. Being conscientious and meticulous is her virtue. With her gentle and engaging personality she serves our client with great care and compassion.
